We routinely assist clients in evaluating and managing their current IP portfolios and advise them on forward strategies that provide a competitive advantage. Our attorneys have decades of experience in providing clear analyses of competitor patents, and succinct advice regarding avoidance of competitor patents. In those instances when a client’s IP rights have been violated, we are able to quickly investigate and accurately report the options that are available to the client, and then work with them to seek redress of those violations. We have extensive experience in IP licensing that enables our clients to leverage their own IP portfolios and to support their business needs by licensing third party rights when appropriate. Our unique expertise and dedication to client service are the core of who we are.
